The Initiative to Develop African Research Leaders (IDeAL) Team, led by Sam Kinyanjui, Liz Murabu, and Samuel Sifuna, had a productive meeting with the IDeAL 2.0 Masters and PGD Training Fellows. This session provided a platform to discuss the Training Fellows’ progress and was enriched by their insightful experiences, successes, and challenges. As demonstrated by these Fellows, the potential for future research leadership inspires the African research and innovation community.
