I hold a degree in public health from Kenyatta University, complemented by specialised training in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and data management. Currently serving as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Lead at KEMRI Wellcome Trust, Training department. I apply my extensive skills to support health research and programs. Under the Initiative to Develop African Research Leaders (IDeAL Africa) project, I coordinate sites, manage data, track and report on the progress, and participate in capacity-building activities. My goal is to contribute to improving health outcomes through quality. I strongly believe in a purposeful approach with evidence-based decision-making emphasising Total Quality Management (TQM). I envision furthering my studies and contributing to scientific research courses in Africa.
