Mirriam is an environmentalist with a Bachelor of Education in Environment and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. As an IDeAL fellow, I am passionate about advancing public health through research that integrates environmental factors with health data, enabling evidence-based solutions for disease prevention and control. My academic journey has provided me with strong analytical skills and a commitment to fostering resilient, healthier communities. My work bridges the gap between data and actionable insights, supporting evidence-based interventions that address critical health issues. With a background in environmental education and a focus on biostatistics and epidemiology, I am equipped to contribute to multidisciplinary projects that impact public health outcomes and policy.
